Iliana C. Diaz joined Henderson Financial Group, Inc. in November 2013 and quickly became an integral part of the team. From the beginning, she made an immediate impression and continues to be a highly valued team member, directly impacting the HFG client experience. As the first voice and face of our office, Iliana manages the office calendar for Mr. Henderson and client meetings, leads our Technology Team, oversees our monthly card mailings, coordinates office supply purchases, and manages marketing materials to ensure these office aspects run smoothly.
Iliana’s ability to juggle multiple responsibilities benefits our clients every day. She also works closely with the firm’s Director of Events to help ensure that each event creates an unforgettable experience for our clients. With over a decade of experience in the Financial Services Industry, Iliana is a member of the Nashville Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and is licensed for Life and Health insurance in Tennessee.
Before joining HFG, Iliana worked as a World-Wide Planner at Hewlett-Packard in Guadalajara, Mexico, where she coordinated global purchases for components used in HP desktop computer production. Her expertise in logistics and supply chain management was demonstrated daily in this role.
Born in Jalisco, Mexico, Iliana moved to Chicago, Illinois, as a child, later relocating to Middle Tennessee during her teenage years. She attended Antioch High School before returning to Mexico, where she completed her high school education. She went on to earn an International Business Degree from Universidad de Especialidades (UNE) in Mexico.
Iliana enjoys spending time with her husband, Julio, and their two children, Sofia and Julian. She loves outings to the park, reading, and carving out a little "me" time. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Iliana enjoys sharing her first language, Spanish, with the members of our team.
