LaDonna Freeman joined Henderson Financial Group, Inc. in July 2007 as the Client Services Coordinator. With over 37 years of experience in the financial services industry, she plays a key role in coordinating new client onboarding, client services, and ongoing support. Known for her reliability, LaDonna ensures that client needs are addressed with care, attention, and timeliness.
LaDonna’s background in group health administration makes her the primary point of contact for coordinating benefits for many of the small businesses HFG serves. She is also licensed in Life and Health Insurance in Tennessee, providing her with the knowledge to assist clients with both personal and business insurance needs. A member of the Nashville chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), LaDonna continues to grow her skills and industry knowledge.
A proud native of Nashville, Tennessee, LaDonna attended Tennessee State University, where she developed a strong interest in the field of accounting. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent coordination skills have contributed significantly to her success.
Outside of work, LaDonna enjoys reading and spending time with her friends and family. She is the proud mother of two children, Cydney and Christopher, and a doting grandmother to her granddaughter, Anaya. Additionally, she remains actively involved in church activities. LaDonna’s dedication and reliability make her an invaluable member of the HFG team.
