Todd A. Turner serves as Managing Director of Henderson Financial Group, Inc., where he oversees the firm’s day-to-day operational and client care activities. A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Chartered Financial Consultant®, Todd rejoined HFG in January 2009, bringing over 30 years of experience in wealth management and financial services. He previously served as Vice President for HFG from 1995 to 1999.
Todd’s role centers on maintaining the firm’s high standards of care while preparing HFG for strategic growth and continued excellence in serving families, professionals, and businesses. Working closely with the President and Chief Executive Officer, he is responsible for optimizing firm revenue and growth, managing expenses and margins, and leading a wide array of technical services and client-centered programs. His leadership includes ongoing operational review and the development of new initiatives to meet emerging client needs.
Before rejoining HFG, Todd served as an Officer for a privately held, nationally chartered boutique Trust and Investment Management firm. There, he fulfilled fiduciary duties for private investors, estates, trusts, and qualified retirement plans. His responsibilities included acting as custodian, agent, and trustee, authorizing account transactions, filing federal and state tax returns, and directing continuing education efforts for attorneys, CPAs, and financial planners.
Todd has also spoken at national industry conferences in Miami, Boston, and Washington, D.C., sharing insights on financial service practice management and operational leadership.
He is an active member of the Estate Planning Council of Middle Tennessee, the Financial Planning Association of Middle Tennessee, and the Nashville Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He is a graduate of Austin Peay State University, Cannon Financial Institute, and The College for Financial Planning, and he attended The Nashville School of Law.
Todd and his wife, Linette, reside in Williamson County with their two sons, Andy and Bradley. They are active members of their church and enjoy family time, fine dining, traveling, golf, lacrosse, and spending time outdoors.
